Landscaping & Hardscaping
Patios, retaining walls, drainage, plantings, seasonal cleanup.
Two generations of one family. Master craftsmen building the high country since the 1980s — landscaping, masonry, construction, paint, and tile. Now working direct, with the same hands and the same standards.
Patios, retaining walls, drainage, plantings, seasonal cleanup.
Stone walls, fireplaces, chimneys, outdoor kitchens, restoration.
Additions, decks, framing, trim, custom builds.
Interior, exterior, finish coats, kitchen and bath tile.
From the granite ridges of the Cashiers plateau to the rivers of Macon County, we work the towns we live in. Crews live within an hour of every jobsite — so call-backs are quick, walkthroughs are unhurried, and the people you meet on day one are the people you'll see on day done.
Local crews. Local response. Free estimates with no pressure.
We didn't have to invent the supply. We were born into it. Now we're building the demand.
Our story starts in the 1980s. Our fathers and uncles came north from Mexico, escaping the violence and looking for honest work. By the 90s they had brought the next generation up — sons, daughters, cousins — into the trades that were waiting in these mountains.
Landscaping was the first. Then painting. Then masonry, framing, finish carpentry, tile — every trade you can do on a home, somebody in this family learned it. We learned it on the best job sites in Western North Carolina and North Georgia, working for the contractors who built the homes you see in magazines.
For more than twenty years, the family did the work. Other people held the contract.
Monarch is the next chapter. The same hands that built these mountains — now with the language, the technology, and a new generation of college-graduate sons and daughters ready to run a business of our own. And the same immigrant work ethic our fathers brought with them. That part isn't going anywhere.
We're cutting out the middleman because we already are the middle. You get a direct line to the people doing the work. Bilingual crews. Faster response. Same craftsmanship — at a fair price, with no layers in between.
