When you submit our estimate request form, we collect: your full name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, your preferred call-back time, and any project details you choose to share. We do not collect this information any other way.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your estimate request, schedule and complete work, follow up about projects in progress, and contact you about ongoing or future jobs you've asked us to handle. We do not use your information for general marketing.
SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are used solely to communicate with you about your inquiry and projects with Monarch Home Services. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number, your SMS opt-in consent, or any of your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
Who we share with
We share only what's necessary with the crew leads and trusted partners assigned to your job so they can do the work — for example, an address and a phone number for the foreman. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact information. We never share your information with advertisers or marketing platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate-request records and project records for as long as needed to provide service and meet basic business and tax recordkeeping needs. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request that we delete your information, stop contacting you, or correct anything inaccurate at any time. Email info@monarchhomeservices.co or text STOP to opt out of SMS immediately.
Children
Our services and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
