By using this website or submitting our estimate form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit your information. These terms apply to your use of monarchhomeservices.co and to all communications you receive from us based on your inquiry.
Estimates
All estimates are free and non-binding. An estimate is a good-faith projection based on what we understand at the time of our walkthrough; it is not an offer or a contract. Actual work begins only after a separate, signed written contract describing scope, schedule, and price.
SMS terms
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive transactional and conversational text messages from Monarch Home Services about your inquiry, scheduling, estimate follow-ups, and active projects. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We honor STOP and HELP keywords. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or service.
Work and warranty
Actual work performed by Monarch Home Services is governed by a separate written contract specific to that job. That contract — not this website and not the estimate — controls scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, and warranty. Nothing on this website constitutes a contract for work.
Limitation of liability
Information on this site is provided "as is" for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it's complete or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Monarch Home Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Intellectual property
The Monarch Home Services name, logo, photography, and copy on this site are owned by Monarch Home Services. Please don't reuse them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Macon County, North Carolina.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted to this page with a new "last updated" date.
